App of the Week #2 :)

This is Barry Steakfries
Credit to Halfbrick Studios for picture
I told you I'd upload another one soon! Well, here it is.

APP: Jetpack Joyride
COST: Free!!! :)
CREATOR: Halfbrick Studios (They're awesome, and credit to them)

OVERVIEW

Woah, just, WOAH. This app is epic. It stars a character known as Barry Steakfries, who steals a Jetpack that fires Machine Gun bullets out of it. This app is easy to learn, but difficult to master. After one or two plays, you'll be like, "Oh man! I need to beat that mission! It's so easy!" Then you'll be like that again, and again, and again, you'll even say it if it's not an easy mission! YOU WILL BE INSANELY ADDICTED. I love it so much! The Gadget Update added a load of gadgets you can use! I love this app so much! I would recommend it to anyone! If you have an iPod or something, GET IT NOW!!!

Until next time!

App of The Week Apology

Ok, sorry I haven't posted App of the Week for the past few weeks, but I've been kind of lazy (Sorry!) It's just, I keep forgetting about this blog, and when I see it on the bookmark page it makes me feel guilty that I keep neglecting my blog. From now on I'll try my best to keep up on posting, I swear I'll get an App of the Week in soon. Sorry for forgetting to post, until next time.

Junk Jack 101 - Surviving the First Night

Welcome to Junk Jack 101! In this tutorial I will teach you how to survive your first night in Junk Jack.

TIME: Day Began: No time to waste! Now, first we need the basic tools: Sword, Pick, Axe, Shovel, and Hammer. Go punch down a tree, (Now doesn't THAT seem familiar) and get 30 pieces of wood.

Using the wood put it in the crafting table and create 10 Wooden Planks. Use the Craft book (Book at bottom of screen) to construct the tools.

TIME: Quarter of Day Left: Now it's time for a shelter, here you have 2 options. A cave house (A house dug into a hill/mountain) so find a nice sized mountain and dig 3 blocks in and then make it as big as you want. The second option is a real house which can be made of 3 things: Stone, Dirt, or Wood. For stone go mining for it, for dirt, well you know, dirt. And for wood make a 2X2 square of Wooden Planks or a 2X2 square of Regular Wood. TIP! If you are making a house out of something and your running out of blocks make a dirt outline then cover it with the blocks your using!

TIME: Almost Night!: How is the house? Is it lit up? Is it finished? Does it have a door? Well If it's not finished you have 2 options, Struggle through the night trying to finish your house while monsters invade like a man, or you could go to the main menu and turn Peaceful Mode on like a wimp (Just kidding, it's your first night go ahead and set it to peaceful)

There you go! Just stay indoors and don't go mob fighting (Unless you have a sword) and enjoy your first day!

Next up ------> HOW TO MINE!!! (coming soon!)

APP OF THE WEEK #1

APP: Junk Jack
COST: $2.99

This is one nice app, it has graphics that sent me back in time. When I got this app and started playing it reminded me of two games, seriously, those two games popped in my head the second I began to play. Those two games are: Terraria and Minecraft. The Terraria part: It is 2-D and has the same quality of graphics and game play. The Minecraft part: Crafting. Yes it comes with basic crafting, smelting, and more. The app is worth 3 bucks and is loaded with achievements to complete and ores to mine and biomes to explore. I will probably give Info on how to survive your first night and more later. If you have 3 dollars and have no idea what to spend it on, GET JUNK JACK!!!

I'm Back!
